Transfer self-adhesive tapes

Transfer self-adhesive tapes with modified acrylate according to the customer’s wishes are suitable for lamination with PUR, PE, PVC or EVA sponge foams, with artificial raw rubber, e.g. EPDM, CR, and NBR and for lamination with felt, which can then be die-cut (complete die-cut or kiss-cut). All our transfer self-adhesive tapes meet the requirements of the European RoHS and REACH standards. Transfer self-adhesive tapes are available without a backing or with a textile backing:

One-sided self-adhesive tapes:

Listed below are self-adhesive tapes we make in the form arches, perforated rolls, fully die-cut parts or – for an easier use of continuously die-cut (kiss-cut) items.

1. Spongy self-adhesive tapes

production of one-sided self-adhesive tapes of PUR/PE/PVC/EPDM/NBR/EVA sponge foam in the desirable length, width and height
merging glue with sponge foam according to purpose of use, e.g. sealing, vibration damping, soundproofing, thermal conductivity or resilience on the high heat

2. PUR spongy self-adhesive tapes impregnated with acrylate

we make one-sided self-adhesive acrylic tapes from PU-sponge foam impregnated with acrylate; extremely suitable for leveling cavities, in such a way that after opening the roll, the thickness of the sponge tape increases fivefold
behavior in case of fire: B1 (severe flammability) according to standard DIN 4102-1
resilience at temperatures between -30 and +80°C
water resistance on the rain: >600 Pa
special property: when compressed to 60–70% of the initial thickness, the material becomes resistant to water, oil and dust

There are three types of sponge tapes listed:

for internal use, for internal and external use and for external use. Depending on the purpose of use and conditions (e.g. temperature, UV rays, acid rain, solutions) we always offer the right type of tape with cost effective solutions

For use in the automotive industry, construction industry, and major appliances, they are available in the form of manufactured rolls or die-cut products as desired by the customer.

3. PET tapes

They are available with thermo-active raw rubber glue, with silicone and acrylate glues

thermo-active raw rubber glue is characterized by high strength, available in several colors
silicone glue: resistance to high temperatures, possibility of electrochemical treatment (conductive plate), available in several colors
acrylic glue: high initial adhesive strength, exceptional resistance to high temperatures, transparency

4. Self-adhesive packing tapes

you can choose between acrylic, natural or artificial raw rubber glue
due to exceptional strength and hold with simultaneously elasticity, it is an ideal solution for all types of packaging
at the request of the customer: a possibility of printing a logo on PP or PVC foil
at the request of the customer: the possibility of a variant to reduce noise and sound
standard colors: transparent, white and brown

5. PE tape

we make them with a PE foil support in white or red colors
raw rubber-based glue
it is used most often in refrigerators and freezers

and for other industrial purposes

6. PVC tape/insulating tape

we make them with glue from natural and synthetic raw rubber or with acrylic glue
in fireproof, self-extinguishing and universal versions

9. Self-adhesive tapes for covering/painting
