Polyurethane types of sponges
Polyurethane sponge foams usually differ in density (kg/m³) and firmness.
We process polyurethane foams in blocks and in rolls. The main purpose of these raw materials is mainly protection of sensitive goods during transport, air and water filtration, production of various self-adhesive and non-self-adhesive sponge tapes. They are available in self-extinguishing and standard versions. We produce cut and die-cut items from this raw material.
Characteristics
Due to the open-cell structure, PUR foams are suitable for separating and damping sound and vibrations. They are also suitable as permanently elastic buffers or as sealing tapes. In addition, they are resistant to many chemicals/solvents and high temperatures.
Use
For sealing dust, thermal insulation, soundproofing, shock absorption, vibration separation, upholstery and protection in transport.
